Role Summary
Lead the definition, architecture, and execution of end-to-end system integration for complex emulator platforms across silicon, hardware, firmware, network and software. Own integration strategy, system bring-up, verification, and system readiness for production releases.

Responsibilities
The role combines technical leadership, program delivery, and team management for multi-subsystem platforms.
- Define system integration architecture, integration strategy, and design-for-integration principles.
- Own end-to-end integration, bring-up, and system-level validation and verification.
- Establish integration readiness criteria, interface contracts, and system-level test methodologies.
- Build and lead global engineering teams responsible for system integration and validation.
- Drive execution excellence, talent development, and cross-functional alignment across hardware, firmware, software, ASIC and operations.
- Lead resolution of complex cross-layer hardware/software issues and system-level debugging.
- Define and scale validation infrastructure, automation frameworks, and test environments.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure predictable delivery and production readiness.
Requirements
Must-have technical and leadership qualifications for immediate effectiveness.
- Proven expertise in system engineering spanning silicon, hardware, firmware, drivers, OS and system software.
- Experience integrating and delivering complex multi-interface systems and large computing rack architectures.
- Strong system-level debugging and root-cause analysis skills for complex cross-layer failures.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional engineering teams and driving organizational scaling.
- Deep experience with interconnect technologies such as Ethernet, RoCE/UEC, DDRx, and PCIe.
- Experience defining and operating system validation and stress-testing strategies, including performance validation.
- Ability to establish scalable validation infrastructure, automation, and reuse of test methodologies.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with PCIe, InfiniBand, distributed Ethernet network setups and high-availability distributed computing.
- Experience with Linux kernel and user-space in server and embedded environments, system administration, virtualization and containerization.
Education Requirements
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 12 years of experience; OR MS with a minimum of 10 years of experience; OR PhD with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Advanced degree preferred.
