Director of R&D Engineering - ASIC Digital IP/Verification Design

Role Summary

The Director of R&D Engineering will lead the ASIC Digital IP and Verification Design team in Austin, Texas. The individual will drive the engineering excellence and innovation necessary for developing high-performance digital solutions within the company’s product portfolio.

This position is categorized as Level - Senior, requiring significant experience in R&D engineering, particularly in the ASIC digital design domain.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in ASIC digital design and verification.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; advanced degrees are highly preferred.
