Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

• Leading a team to deliver FPGA IP and subsystem for FPGA products.
• Delivering subsystems such as Sensor Interfaces, DSP IP, and Image Processing IP.
• Managing complex subsystem projects with interconnect bus architecture.
• Building and retaining a high-performing team.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA/SOC ASIC design.
• 10+ years of experience in leading a subsystems/IP team.
• Experience in delivering various types of subsystems like Sensor Interfaces and DSP IPs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: BS/MS/PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
