Digital Verification Sr. Engineer
Role Summary
The Digital Verification Sr. Engineer will work in a Digital and Verification Development team focusing on the development and validation of complex digital mixed signals for high-speed interface IP. The role involves planning tests, creating verification environments, and using advanced verification techniques.
Experience Level
Senior; minimum of 5 years of experience in design verification is required.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Working in a Digital and Verification Development team.
- Planning tests, checklists, coverage, and assertion planning.
- Creating detailed verification environments from functional specifications.
- Applying advanced verification techniques.
- Writing test cases, checkers, and coverage.
- Debugging simulations using SystemVerilog.
- Performing RTL, GLS, and co-simulations, ensuring coverage closure.
- Participating in technical reviews.
- Providing customer support in simulation environments.
- Following and improving development processes for high-quality output.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications.
- 2+ years of experience in design verification.
- Strong skills with VCS/Verdi simulation tools.
- Knowledge of UPF, UVM, and SVA is a plus.
- Proficiency in Perl/TCL/Python scripting is a plus.
Education Requirements
BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications required.
