Digital ASIC Design Manager
Role Summary
Lead the digital ASIC design organization within Keysight Laboratories, responsible for defining technical strategy, delivering digital IP and full-chip designs from concept to tapeout, and transitioning designs into products. The role combines people management, program delivery ownership, and cross-functional coordination across silicon and product teams.
Based in Colorado Springs, this position manages architects, RTL designers, and verification engineers and owns team operations including budget and vendor decisions.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical leadership, delivery ownership, and team development.
- Set and drive technical strategy for digital IP, block-level design, verification, and full-chip integration.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of architects, RTL designers, and verification engineers.
- Own program delivery from concept through tapeout and into productization; manage schedules and resources.
- Coordinate across engineering teams and external partners to influence outcomes across the silicon ecosystem.
- Establish and enforce quality and signoff discipline, including design reviews and verification closure.
- Recruit and develop talent; manage performance and career growth.
- Manage team operating model, including budget ownership and vendor selection.
- Improve productivity and predictability through design flows, automation, and process improvements.
Requirements
