Job Title

DFT Engineer – Cloud-Scale Semiconductors & Verification

Role Summary

Work at Annapurna Labs (Amazon Web Services) on design-for-test (DFT) for cloud-scale semiconductor platforms. The role focuses on designing DFT architectures, creating test patterns, and performing static timing analysis to ensure silicon testability and manufacturability.

Collaborate with SoC design and verification teams to integrate DFT into production flows and support silicon bring-up.

Experience Level

Mid-level: requires 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement DFT architectures for semiconductor platforms.
  • Develop and validate test patterns and vectors for manufacturing test.
  • Perform static timing analysis related to DFT structures and test insertion.
  • Integrate DFT with SoC/IP design and verification flows.
  • Support silicon bring-up, test coverage analysis, and debug activities.

Requirements

Core requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DFT, test pattern development, or semiconductor verification.
  • Experience performing static timing analysis for digital designs.
  • Practical experience integrating DFT into SoC or IP design flows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with cloud-scale or data-center semiconductor platforms.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required. The posting also specifies 3+ years of related experience.
