Role Summary

The DFT Engineer will define, implement, and deploy advanced design-for-test methodologies for complex digital and mixed-signal SoCs. The role works closely with backend, verification, and analog teams and owns silicon test strategy and DFT/DFD implementation.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning and delivering DFT solutions and coordinating across design teams.

• Define and implement DFT and DFD methodologies for digital and mixed-signal chips.
• Develop silicon test strategies and BIST for next-generation SoCs.
• Integrate DFT into the design flow and ensure testability through to tape-out.
• Collaborate with backend, verification, and analog teams to resolve test and debug issues.
• Deploy and validate DFT features on silicon and support bring-up testing.

• Proven experience defining and deploying DFT methodologies for complex digital or mixed-signal SoCs.
• Experience with silicon test strategies and BIST implementation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with backend, verification, and analog design teams and support silicon bring-up.
• Hands-on experience integrating DFT into the design flow and validating on silicon.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with ATPG/scan insertion, industry DFT tools, and scripting for automation (Python, TCL, or similar).
