Role Summary
Lead development of voltage plans, silicon characterization, Vmin analysis, and power-optimization for Data Center SoCs. Collaborate with PTE, software, PMIC, thermal, and validation teams to deliver production-ready voltage plans across silicon milestones.
Drive data analysis and automation to monitor silicon health and enable informed power-management decisions.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical leadership of voltage and power activities and data-driven silicon validation.
- Lead voltage-plan development and release across silicon milestones.
- Perform silicon bring-up, Vmin characterization, and power-optimization efforts.
- Define and validate PMIC/regulator interactions with system power architecture.
- Collaborate with PTE, software, PMIC, thermal, and validation teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
- Analyze large silicon characterization datasets and identify trends or anomalies.
- Develop automation and tooling for data processing and analysis.
- Build dashboards for Vmin trends, voltage correlations, and silicon-health monitoring.
- Debug hardware using schematics, oscilloscopes/CROs, and platform bring-up techniques.
- Perform power-integrity and PDN analysis as part of validation and optimization.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience for immediate contribution.
- Extensive experience in SoC power characterization, Vmin analysis, and voltage-plan development (senior-level, ~12+ years preferred).
- Hands-on silicon bring-up and validation experience for CPU or AI accelerator platforms in data-center environments.
- Knowledge of PMIC and regulator architecture and integration with SoC power domains.
- Power-integrity and PDN analysis experience.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and handling large characterization datasets.
- Practical debugging skills using schematics and oscilloscopes (CRO); Linux/Android platform debugging experience.
- Experience developing automation and dashboards using scripting and data tools (Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Understanding of semiconductor device/process variations (PVT) and their impact on Vmin and power.
- Strong cross-functional communication with firmware, hardware, PMIC, thermal, and validation teams.
