Customer Success Manager

Role Summary

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) leads program coordination and customer-facing delivery for Arm’s advanced silicon projects. The role sits on the core Account Team and ensures technical and operational progress across Arm and customer engineering teams from concept through mass production.

Experience Level

Mid-level — 5–7 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Applications Engineering, or Technical Account Management, preferably with semiconductor or SoC program exposure.

Responsibilities

Own and run customer silicon program delivery, governance, and communication to achieve agreed outcomes.

  • Manage end-to-end program delivery: planning, design, verification, sign-off, tape-out, EVT/DVT/PVT, ramp, and mass production.
  • Maintain the central program dashboard and executive-status reports to provide a single source of truth for schedule, risks, and milestones.
  • Coordinate cross–Business Unit execution and align Arm teams and customer stakeholders on priorities and commitments.
  • Track and drive SoW deliverables, action items, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Maintain and update RACI ownership, run structured program reviews, and enforce disciplined change control.
  • Escalate and resolve critical blocking issues with clear partner communication and timely mitigation.
  • Facilitate customer reviews and executive alignment to ensure measurable outcomes and partner satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary program-management liaison between Arm and customer engineering and leadership teams.

Requirements

Core qualifications and skills required to perform the role effectively.

Must have:

  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of IP and SoC development lifecycles, from pre-silicon through production.
  • Experience managing program dashboards, RAID logs, and RACI matrices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with executive audiences.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical skills; ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Arm solutions, tools and ecosystem.
  • Understanding of CPU, system IP and interconnect.
  • Program management certifications and experience in global, customer-facing semiconductor program delivery.
  • Proactive focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is specified. Program management certifications are listed as preferred. The posting does not include explicit "or equivalent experience" language.
