Customer Integration Engineer (HBM)
Role Summary
Work within the Customer Engineering Technical Leadership function to enable integration of advanced HBM products into customer systems. The role focuses on hands-on technical problem solving across product development, system architecture, build, front-end and back-end process, package failure analysis, qualification, and test.
The position requires technical engagement with internal cross-functional teams and customers to resolve integration issues and support qualification and yield efforts. Regular development and use of artificial intelligence tools is expected.
Experience Level
Mid-level (Level - Mid-Career). Typical experience range: 3β7 years, though equivalent experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical integration, debugging, and cross-team collaboration to enable customer program success.
- Apply deep technical knowledge in one or more domains: product engineering, system engineering, build, front-end/back-end process, package failure analysis (PFA), qualification, or test.
- Integrate customer requirements into internal design and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in technical reviews, debug sessions, and failure analysis activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams across build, product engineering, and manufacturing to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
- Support yield improvement and qualification efforts related to customer programs.
- Use and develop AI tools as part of day-to-day technical work.

- Must-have: Proven ability to debug complex technical issues and participate in failure analysis and qualification activities.
- Must-have: Experience collaborating with technical leads and cross-functional teams and representing technical status to customers.
- Must-have: Regular use and development of AI tools in technical workflows.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with HBM architecture, packaging technologies, and industry-standard manufacturing processes.
- Nice-to-have: Strong technical writing and documentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Nice-to-have: Demonstrated ability to learn adjacent technical domains through cross-training and on-the-job learning.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field. "Equivalent experience" is explicitly accepted.
