CPU Circuit Design Lead
Role Summary
You will be part of ACE India in the P-Core design team, driving Intel's latest CPUs using advanced process technology. You will lead the design analysis and methodologies for various memory blocks and data path subsystems.
Experience Level
Senior; requires at least 8 years of experience with a Master's Degree or 10 years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Enable methodology for memory blocks to achieve over 5GHz frequency with low-power digital designs.
- Understand various memory design concepts including SRAM, RF, and ROM.
- Conduct static timing analysis.
- Collaborate with Layout and Floor planning teams.
- Oversee back-end design implementation of new features.
- Conduct memory post-silicon analysis.
- Understand statistical variation.
Requirements
Must-have skills include:
- Technical expertise in synthesis and place-and-route tools.
- Digital design experience with high speed and low power.
- Familiarity with Verilog, Tcl, Perl, and Python scripting.
- Understanding of SPICE simulations and analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education Requirements
Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
