Role Summary

The CMOS Mixed-Signal Circuit Design Engineer contributes to the development of advanced mixed signal circuits for low-power and high-performance PLLs, PVT sensors, and I/O’s used in various products, from high-performance data center SoCs to low-power consumer SoCs. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on circuit design on advanced CMOS processes, providing an opportunity for significant impact on the Company’s products.

Experience Level

Entry-level to 1-2 years of experience in digital and analog circuit design, implementation, and verification.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Circuit design of advanced Fin-FET low power PLLs, PVT sensors, and I/O’s.
  • Design of various mixed-signal circuit blocks.
  • Layout supervision and post-layout analysis.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance engineers for smooth product release.
  • Silicon bring-up, debugging, and evaluation.
  • Providing customer support, both pre-sales and post-final delivery.

Requirements

Position requirements encompass:

  • Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with mixed signal, analog, and digital circuit design in advanced Fin-FET processes.
  • Knowledge of bandgap and amplifiers for PVT sensors, high sensitivity and accuracy sense amplifiers, I/O designs, XTAL oscillators, low voltage and low jitter PLLs, spread spectrum PLL, and LC PLL.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Education Requirements

A Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
