Chip Design Verification Engineer

Role Summary

Join NVIDIA's Chip Design group in Tel Aviv to perform RTL verification for performance and power-management IP. The role focuses on building reference models, running simulations, and verifying silicon against specifications and performance targets while working closely with design and architecture teams.

Contribute to high-performance, low-power silicon development in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Requires 3+ years of experience in RTL verification.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Work on a combined design and verification team focused on performance and power-management IP.
  • Develop reference models and verification environments; perform simulations and verification against specifications and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Micro-Architecture, and Design teams to define requirements, debug issues, and close verification tasks.
  • Participate in all phases of chip development and verification activities.

Requirements

Core qualifications and desired skills:

  • Must-have: 3+ years of experience in RTL verification.
  • Must-have: Experience verifying and simulating designs to meet specifications and performance goals.
  • Must-have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with SystemVerilog UVM.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
