Role Summary

The Career Accelerator Program (CAP) at Texas Instruments (TI) is designed to provide professional and technical training to new graduates. As a Product, Test, or Validation Engineer, you will work within a team to develop, build, qualify, and support TI's analog and embedded processing products, ensuring their quality and performance.

Experience Level

Entry-level position for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of strategies for assigned TI product lines.
  • Facilitating problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and optimizing test software and hardware.
  • Conducting data analysis and product qualification tests.
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders in manufacturing sites.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital/analog components.
  • Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended).
  • Experience with lab equipment and debugging skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
