Career Accelerator Program - Design Verification Engineer

Role Summary

This role is part of TI's Career Accelerator Program (CAP) and is an early-career position in the Design Verification (DV) organization. The engineer will work with design and system teams to verify digital designs and support first-pass silicon success.

Work includes developing verification plans, building testbenches and simulations, running regressions and contributing to DV strategy, tools, and flow improvements.

Experience Level

Entry-level — intended for new graduates or engineers in the first year of their career participating in TI's Career Accelerator Program.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning, implementing, and validating verification for digital designs and supporting verification processes and tools.

  • Develop detailed verification plans in coordination with design and system teams to achieve first-pass silicon goals.
  • Create and maintain testbenches, test cases and simulations at RTL and gate-level simulation (GLS).
  • Run coverage regressions and analyze results to meet defined coverage goals.
  • Track and communicate verification status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Use and develop regression tools and scripts to manage and submit regression cases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of DV strategies, tools, methods and flows.
  • Participate in cross-functional learning and on-the-job experiences across digital and analog design as provided by CAP.

Education Requirements
