Role Summary

The Design Verification Engineer role within the Career Accelerator Program at Texas Instruments provides new employees with professional and technical training to ensure career success. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed verification plans in collaboration with design and system teams.
  • Creating test benches, tests, and simulations at RTL and GLS levels.
  • Conducting coverage regressions to meet defined coverage goals.
  • Tracking and communicating verification status, issues, and concerns.
  • Utilizing regression tools and developing scripts for regression analysis.
  • Contributing to continuous quality improvements in DV strategies, tools, methods, and flows.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must-have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Understanding of mixed-signal verification flows.
  • Knowledge of analog design and block-level behavior.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
