Associate Engineer, Test Engineering - Product Development
Role Summary
Entry-level test engineer on the Product Development team based in Cavite, Philippines. Design, develop, and implement cost-effective test methods, test programs, and test fixtures for semiconductor products across development and manufacturing phases.
Collaborate with experienced engineers to plan test resources, perform troubleshooting, and support product qualification and quality assurance. Required travel: up to 10%.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include designing and executing tests, supporting test hardware and software, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Design and implement testing methodologies to validate system and equipment performance.
- Assist in preparing test and diagnostic programs to evaluate functionality and performance metrics.
- Support design of test fixtures, evaluation boards, and related equipment.
- Define test setups to apply required stresses for standards and qualification testing.
- Assist in planning labor, schedules, and equipment allocation for testing activities.
- Participate in troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues during product development.
- Ensure testing processes comply with established quality standards.
- Contribute to PCB design for test setups and evaluation boards.

- Analytical troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical problems.
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices as applied to test processes.
- Fundamental PCB design knowledge for test applications.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) and familiarity with semiconductor test equipment.
Education Requirements
