Please join us as an ASIC & FPGA Design Engineer, working within the central ASIC & FPGA Engineering division for Lockheed Martin Space. You will support over 50 different programs and research and development efforts, impacting technology across military, civil, and commercial space sectors.

Entry-level; requires at least 1 year of professional experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting all aspects of ASIC and FPGA development, including architecture, design, analysis, and testing.
- Working with low SWaP, radiation-hardened space-rated devices.
- Conducting technical reviews and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with an independent verification team to ensure design compliance.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience or coursework in FPGA and/or ASIC design.
- HDL programming experience with VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog.
- US citizenship is required, and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Nice-to-have qualifications include knowledge of the ASIC/FPGA lifecycle (architecture, design, validation, integration & test) and experience in digital design.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
