Role Summary
The ASIC Digital Design Architect will define architectural specifications for complex subsystems and ensure their successful integration into high-performance silicon chips.
Experience Level
15+ years of industry experience in semiconductor design and subsystem architecture.
Responsibilities
- Define architectural specifications for subsystems (e.g., memory controllers, power management units).
- Translate system-level requirements into detailed subsystems architectures.
- Lead integration of multiple IP blocks, ensuring compliance with SoC-level constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware and software to validate subsystems.
- Produce architecture documents and communicate architectural intent clearly.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor design or IP integration.
- Expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog and advanced verification methodologies.
- Proficiency with interface protocols (AMBA, PCIe, etc.).
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
