Architecture Verification Engineer

Role Summary

The Architecture and Technology Group at ARM develops technologies and products for ARM’s architecture roadmap. The role involves verification of architecture specifications by developing models and conducting performance evaluations.

Experience Level

Mid-level, with 3-8 years of engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for:

• Understanding architecture definitions and conducting feasibility studies.
• Developing verification strategies and compliance products.
• Designing verification test cases in assembly/C/HVL and higher abstraction languages.
• Communicating effectively and taking on additional responsibilities to support team success.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

• BTech/B.S. or MTech/M.S./PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering.
• 3-8 years of engineering experience, specifically in CPU/sophisticated IP verification.

Nice-to-have skills include:

• Strong understanding of computer architecture.
• Proficiency in C/C++/Assembly programming.
• Familiarity with the verification process and Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in CPU verification is a plus.

Education Requirements
