Responsibilities
The engineer will be responsible for:
- Driving adoption of Synopsys PrimeTime and ECO in customer engagements.
- Conducting competitive benchmarks to showcase product advantages.
- Providing training and technical support to customers.
- Collaborating with R&D, marketing, and sales to influence product enhancements.
- Gathering customer feedback to advocate for their needs.
- Explaining technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Troubleshooting timing closure and signal integrity issues.
Requirements
Candidates must possess:
- Strong knowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA) and timing closure methodologies.
- Experience with chip tapeouts at 16nm or below nodes.
- Proficiency in Synopsys PrimeTime.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree (MSEE) with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong scripting skills (Tcl, Perl, or Python) for STA flow automation is a plus.
