Applications Engineering Director

Role Summary

We are seeking an Applications Engineering Director to lead our efforts in transforming semiconductor technology. You will engage directly with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions, driving innovation in technology while being an intrinsic part of our growth.

Experience Level

A seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in design, particularly in both frontend synthesis and backend physical design. Experience in managing multiple projects and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders is crucial.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

• Overseeing frontend synthesis and backend physical design projects.
• Utilizing PnR tools such as ICCII and Fusion Compiler.
• Automating design processes through scripting.
• Enhancing collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• BS/MS with at least 12 years of design experience.
• Proficiency in backend physical design and knowledge of frontend synthesis.
• Familiarity with scripting in languages such as Perl and TCL.
• Experience with EDA tools and a strong grasp of design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
