Role Summary

Join the Calibre technical marketing (DRC) team in Cairo to support customers and product teams in deployment and improvement of physical verification tools.

Work closely with global software engineering, product marketing, application engineers, and customers to drive product adoption and translate technical needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support, debugging, and fixes for customers and internal teams.
• Deliver training, on-site assistance, and application support to customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and technical requirements to identify product features and use-case opportunities.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements with Product Marketing and Engineering.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and customers.

Requirements

Must-have skills and attributes:

• Basic understanding of IC design, physical verification, and post-layout simulation.
• Experience with CAD tools (usage and/or development).
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, C++, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) or equivalent practical experience.
