- Designing and developing ESD and Latch-Up robust solutions for interface IPs.
- Owning the full lifecycle of ESD structures from design to production release.
- Leading I/O development, including optimization for performance.
- Developing Interface Testchips to ensure ESD and Latch-Up validation.
- Running ESD simulations and performing advanced analyses.
- Validating design compliance using PERC tools.
- Collaborating with foundry partners and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Must-have skills include:
- Proven experience in analog circuit design with focus on I/O and ESD/LU robustness.
- Hands-on expertise with FinFet, FDSOI, and BCD process technologies.
- Strong understanding of ESD qualification methodologies.
