• Designing and developing robust ESD and Latch-Up solutions using FinFet, FDSOI, and BCD processes.
• Owning the full lifecycle from schematic design to silicon qualification and production release.
• Leading I/O development including optimization of I/O ring design.
• Developing and qualifying Interface Testchips with ESD and Latch-Up validation.
• Running detailed ESD simulations and performing advanced analyses.
• Applying foundry PERC rules and validating compliance using PERC check tools.
• Collaborating with foundry partners and cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience in analog circuit design with I/O development focus.
