Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing DDR I/O circuits.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on analog and mixed-signal circuit architecture.
- Performing circuit simulations and layout reviews.
- Integrating ESD protection in circuit development.
- Contributing to ASIC design flows and participating in design reviews.
- Documenting design methodologies and results.
- Interfacing with verification and validation teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- BTech+5 years or MTech+3 years in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Expertise in CMOS circuit design and layout methodology.
- Understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuitry and basic ESD concepts.
- Familiarity with ASIC design flows and JEDEC DDR interface standards.
- Strong skills in executing circuit design tasks.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation tools and layout review processes.
Education Requirements
BTech or MTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
