Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced package design.
- Expert knowledge of circuit and transmission line theory.
- Hands-on experience with leading advanced package technologies (TSMC, Intel, etc.).
- Proficiency in multi-physics analysis.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with EDA tools like Cadence APD and Synopsys ICC2.
Education Requirements
Expected to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
