Senior level; requires a Ph.D. with 6+ years or M.Sc. with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and specifying SERDES transceiver architectures and sub-blocks.
  • Designing, simulating, and verifying high-speed analog circuits.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Presenting technical results to customers and industry groups.
  • Overseeing physical layout for reliability concerns.
  • Documenting features and supporting post-silicon analysis.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Expertise in transistor-level CMOS design and SERDES sub-circuits.
  • Knowledge of schematic, layout, and verification tools.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Verilog-A, TCL, Python.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Education Requirements

Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
