• Analyze performance metrics and optimize designs for power, area, and speed.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design.
• Strong understanding of SerDes architecture and design principles.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
