Role Summary
The role involves driving the development of high-performance Die-to-Die (D2D) IPs within a dynamic team focused on semiconductor technology. The candidate will also innovate within PHY analog components, ensuring performance and reliability through both pre-silicon and post-silicon processes.

Responsibilities
- Drive development of high-performance Die-to-Die (D2D) IPs.
- Design, develop, and evaluate PHY analog components.
- Lead definition and path-finding for next-generation Die-to-Die IP architectures.
- Customize PHY designs for application-specific performance, power, and area targets.
- Perform design trade-offs and implement advanced methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of analog and digital components.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in PHY analog design.
- Deep knowledge of physical IP such as SERDES, DDR/HBM.
- Expertise in design trade-offs and advanced design methodologies.
- Proficiency in documentation and communication of specifications.
- Collaborative skills across multi-site teams.
- Hands-on experience with design tools and EDA software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with practical design experience.
- Bonus: Knowledge in layout effects, Verilog-A, and scripting languages.
