Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design and analyze analog circuits with emphasis on device-level performance optimization.
- Work with MOS and BJT devices, understanding operation across regions and conditions.
- Use custom EDA tools for schematic design, simulation, and validation.
- Debug circuit-level issues by analyzing simulation results and identifying root causes.
- Collaborate with team members to refine designs and improve circuit robustness and manufacturability.
- Adapt designs for advanced technology nodes and incorporate layout-aware considerations.

- Solid understanding of MOS and BJT device operation and characteristics.

Education Requirements
B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with 3+ years of experience, or M.Tech from a reputed Tier-1 institute.
