AI Software Developer - Intern
Role Summary
Work on runtime libraries and tooling that enable machine learning on embedded devices. Join a distributed team responsible for a portfolio of ML products, focusing on embedded runtimes, optimization and tooling.
The role supports audio, vision, generative AI and language-model use cases on mobile and embedded platforms and includes contributions to open-source projects.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Contribute to open-source projects such as ExecuTorch and PyTorch and to internal runtime libraries.
- Develop frameworks and libraries to enable AI runtime on embedded devices (PC and embedded platforms).
- Enable and optimize audio, vision, generative AI and language-model use cases for mobile and embedded targets.
- Investigate recent research, implement proofs-of-concept, and evaluate new techniques.
- Collaborate on HW/SW co-design for machine-learning accelerators and work with cross-national teams.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and expectations:
- Basic experience with C/C++, Python and standard software engineering practices.
- Valid visa and work permit to work in the Czech Republic.
- English communication skills for collaboration with distributed international teams.
- Responsible, reliable approach to work and the ability to meet goals and deadlines; may be assigned security-related tasks requiring careful handling.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or compiler/optimization technologies.
- Experience or interest in audio, vision, generative AI or language-model work on embedded/mobile devices.
- Experience or interest in HW/SW co-design for ML accelerators.
