Role Summary

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in AI and machine learning, including 5 years in a senior leadership role. The candidate should have a track record of delivering enterprise-level AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the integration of AI-enabled workflows across semiconductor design for improved operational efficiency.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in AI and engineering to design and deploy transformative solutions.
- Evaluate model performance through experiments, implementing optimizations for engineering and business applications.
- Collaborate with various teams including IT and business units to create scalable AI solutions.
- Participate in platform teams to ensure alignment with application requirements and timelines.
- Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
- Lead architectural reviews and deployment strategies for AI applications in engineering and corporate operations.
- Promote a culture of AI innovation and transformation within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in building and deploying AI systems, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in AI architectures, particularly large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and scalable deployments.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of semiconductor design and engineering workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance issues.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing organizational change.
Education Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience is required.
