AI Executive Director

Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Executive Director who will lead the organization in leveragingArtificial Intelligence to enhance workflows and business processes. Experience Level

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in AI and machine learning, including 5 years in a senior leadership role. The candidate should have a track record of delivering enterprise-level AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration of AI-enabled workflows across semiconductor design for improved operational efficiency.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in AI and engineering to design and deploy transformative solutions.
• Evaluate model performance through experiments, implementing optimizations for engineering and business applications.
• Collaborate with various teams including IT and business units to create scalable AI solutions.
• Participate in platform teams to ensure alignment with application requirements and timelines.
• Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
• Lead architectural reviews and deployment strategies for AI applications in engineering and corporate operations.
• Promote a culture of AI innovation and transformation within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in building and deploying AI systems, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in AI architectures, particularly large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and scalable deployments.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of semiconductor design and engineering workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance issues.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing organizational change.

Education Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience is required.
