Experience Level

Entry-level - New college graduate (class of 2027). Suitable for recent graduates or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver production-grade compiler and systems features and collaborate across software and hardware teams.

  • Design, implement, and optimize compilers for machine learning workloads.
  • Develop agent-driven solutions to automate development and deployment flows.
  • Co-design agent systems with AI compiler technologies to improve productivity and performance.
  • Optimize inference and training kernels and integration with NVIDIA's software stack.
  • Work closely with internal software and hardware teams to deploy solutions to products.

Requirements

Core technical skills and practical experience required; preferred skills listed separately.

  • Experience in machine learning systems development, including ML compilers and LLM inference kernel work.
  • Proficient in Python and C/C++.
  • GPU programming experience (CUDA or similar).
  • Familiarity with kernel generation and performance optimization for ML workloads.
  • Strong collaboration and engineering communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with MLIR, Apache TVM, or other machine-learning compiler frameworks.
  • Background building agent-driven automation for development flows.
  • Experience with domain-specific compiler or library solutions for LLMs (e.g., FlashInfer, FlashAttention).
  • Open-source project contributions or ownership; experience transitioning research into products.

Education Requirements
