Responsibilities

• Lead ATE test development using Advantest 93K testers.
• Design and implement advanced test programs to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Create and execute electrical failure analysis test programs.
• Develop new test methodologies for project qualification.
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams on testing strategies.
• Document test results and provide actionable feedback for improvements.

Requirements

Must have:

• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K automated test equipment.
• Strong skills in test program and flow development for semiconductor devices.
• Expertise in electrical failure analysis methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
