Role Summary

As an Advantest 93K Test Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing advanced ATE tests to validate semiconductor products. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in ATE test development, particularly with the Advantest 93K tester, and a strong background in failure analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading ATE testing initiatives using Advantest 93K testers.

Requirements
