Role Summary

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting end-to-end diagnostics solutions for 3DIC products at wafer, package, and system levels.
- Leading memory diagnostics architecture for various memory technologies.
- Specifying and evolving repair architecture for defect screening and yield recovery.
- Collaborating with design teams to ensure diagnosability is integrated early.
- Defining memory test algorithms and test content for accurate fault-mode classification.
- Guiding enhancements to diagnostic tools and workflows.
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years, or a PhD with 4 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in diagnostics, DFT, and test methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of memory DFT and related failure mechanisms.
- Experience with DFT/diagnostic tools from major EDA vendors.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience in designing or improving BIST/BIRA/BISR flows.
- Familiarity with packaging-induced defect mechanisms and test strategies.
- Background in memory diagnostics across various memory types.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
