Role Summary
Entry-level product/test engineer supporting new product introduction and test engineering activities in the Tianjin site. The role executes evaluations, helps qualify test setups, troubleshoots issues, and maintains test plans and engineering records to enable product readiness and quality.
Experience Level
Entry-level — targeted to recent graduates or students graduating soon.
Responsibilities
Primary day-to-day responsibilities include supporting test engineering and cross-functional execution for new products.
- Prepare test data, run evaluations, document and report results.
- Assist with setup, qualification, and troubleshooting of test hardware and procedures.
- Coordinate technical tasks with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update test plans, reports, and engineering records for project visibility.
- Support development execution, technical learning, and product quality improvements.

- Must-have: Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation.
- Must-have: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.

- Must-have: Willingness and ability to learn engineering tools and processes quickly.
- Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
