Test Engineer

Role Summary

Seeking an entry-level Test Engineer to develop ATE test solutions for power management products. This role involves collaboration with design and applications teams to ensure high quality in product testing and characterization.

Experience Level

This position is suitable for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, up to 2 years of experience, or recent graduates with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop ATE test solutions for new power management IC products.
• Take full ownership of test solutions from planning to production.
• Generate test plans and determine requirements for deliverables.
• Design and implement multi-site wafer sort and package test solutions.
• Interfacing with cross-functional teams for debugging and characterization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience with PCB schematic capture and programming (preferably C++).
• Knowledge of analog/mixed signal IC test development.
• Understanding of statistical analysis methodologies.

Education Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science is required, with a preference for those who hold a Master’s degree.
