Role Summary

The Test Engineer is responsible for all test engineering activities related to the New Product Introduction (NPI) plan including new silicon bring-up, release of sampling test programs, release of qualification and characterization test programs, and production test programs, as well as optimizing test time and yield.

Experience Level

Entry-level, 0-1 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, debugging and correlating Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware and software.
  • Developing ATE test programs for 400G optical PHY, Switch, and high-power compute AI products.
  • Participating in a focused 3-month on-site ATE Test Engineering training in Irvine, CA.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience.

Preferred requirements:

  • Understanding of Digital/Analog circuit fundamentals from coursework, research, or projects.
  • Software development experience with proficiency in a general-purpose programming language such as C or C++.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
