Test Development Engineer

Role Summary

Design IC test solutions for both R&D debugging and production test release for NPI projects. Support multiple teams in analyzing ATE test data and work on various enhancements including yield improvement and test time reduction.

Responsibilities

• Hardware design using Altium software.
• Conduct DFT reviews with designers to optimize test methods.
• Generate programming code, debugging and releasing applications.
• Create ATE evaluation reports that include yield, bin summary, and distribution analysis.
• Support production test issues, analyze failures and assist quality teams.
• Monitor internal systems and manage special equipment.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ or other languages.
• Good understanding of hardware circuits and debugging.
• Relevant work experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Ability to use Altium/PADS/PROTEL for PCB design.
• Good English communication skills and basic computer operation skills.

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
