The successful candidate will develop innovative hardware and software measurement solutions, supporting high-performance test solutions and contributing to the development of design for testability features. In this role, you will work closely with Design, Bench Evaluation, and Application Engineers, gaining valuable experience in both technical and professional aspects of the semiconductor industry.
