Total Responsibilities

The Staff DFT Solutions Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Designing test infrastructure while collaborating with design and validation teams.
• Implementing DFT structures for advanced technology nodes.
• Optimizing DFT tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.
• Guiding junior engineers and contributing to team knowledge-sharing.
