Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include:
- Lead SIPI for high-speed interfaces such as PCI Express and CXL.
- Drive channel modeling and correlation using time- and frequency-domain analyses.
- Own SI signoff methodology for SerDes channels.
- Collaborate with circuit, package, and board teams to troubleshoot and propose design fixes.
- Plan and run correlation experiments and document findings as design guidelines.
- Define and document SIPI workflows and mentor team members.
- Provide technical leadership across programs and influence architectural decisions.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- B.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (M.S./Ph.D. preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in high-speed signal integrity and power integrity.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and link concepts.
- Hands-on experience with relevant modeling and simulation tools.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation tools, preferably Python.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and effective communication skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field; Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred.
