Sr. Silicon Design Engineer

Advanced Micro Devices Inc is seeking a Sr. Silicon Design Engineer in San Diego, California, United States. This role involves researching, designing, developing, and testing electronic components and systems for semiconductor and related device manufacturing. Candidates will perform definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development among various other responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Determining architecture and logic design and conducting system simulations.
• Defining module interfaces and formats for design simulations.
• Contributing to complex integrated circuits layout and evaluating process flows from high-level designs to synthesis.
• Utilizing knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
• Applying engineering principles and practices in the design, development, and testing of various products.

Travel is not required for this position.
