SOC Performance Verification Engineer

Role Summary

This position entails validating SOC performance metrics to ensure product performance goals are achieved. You will collaborate closely with IP/SOC designers and performance architects.

Experience Level

We are seeking a candidate with 3-4 years of experience in SOC project-level roles, focusing on RTL design verification and/or performance verification concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the bring-up of performance tests at the SOC level, collaborating with IP and SOC teams.
• Write tests, sequences, and testbench components in C++, SystemVerilog, and UVM to facilitate performance verification.
• Manage regressions and generate performance results by enhancing existing post-processing scripts.
• Debug performance outlier issues by coordinating with the IP Performance Verification teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a passion for modern and complex processor architectures. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also essential.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
