Silicon Validation Engineering Intern

Role Summary

This position involves contributing to the functional, power, performance, and electrical validation of silicon products for Intel's NEX and Edge Group (NXNE). The intern will support debugging, performance analysis, and validation coverage, ensuring product readiness and quality.

Experience Level

This position is aimed at students pursuing a degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, who have completed a minimum of 3 semesters of study.

Responsibilities

• Assist in silicon validation, including functional and performance testing.
• Support debugging and validation coverage tasks.
• Contribute to test automation and data analysis for validation metrics.
• Help develop and implement validation infrastructure and test environments.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance validation efforts.

Requirements

To fulfill this role, candidates should have good communication skills, be team-oriented, and exhibit a willingness to learn. Availability to work at least 20 hours a week for a minimum of 3 days is essential. Candidates should also have knowledge in Python scripting.

Education Requirements

Must be currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
