Role Summary

The Silicon Validation Engineer Junior/Intern role at Marvell involves supporting the validation team within the Connectivity Business Group. As an intern, you will work on complex testing, hardware validation, and prototype processes with a focus on developing hardware platforms and writing device drivers.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting validation leaders in defining testing architecture.
  • Electrical, functional, and feature validation of physical layer device systems.
  • Implementing test methodologies across functional groups.
  • Developing test scripts for system debugging and issue resolution.
  • Assisting in IC bring-up, debug, characterization, and production test development.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

  • Last-year master's student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in Python and C/C++.
  • Familiarity with analog and digital design flows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant technical field or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering.
