Role Overview

The Silicon Design Verification Engineer will be a key member of the North Bridge IO (NBIO) team, focusing on interoperability verification within high-performance interconnect IP subsystems. Candidates should have a proactive mindset to enhance development processes and foster innovation.

Experience Level

This position is targeted at Mid-Career professionals with substantial experience in digital design verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of MPME projects and monitor team progress.
  • Engage in the development of the DV environment for new designs, including test plan formulation and coverage analysis.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment in project vision and execution.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a solid foundational knowledge in SystemVerilog, UVM, and Verilog, with proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl or Python. Experience with hardware verification methodologies is essential. Documentation and communication skills in English are required for effective teamwork.

Education Requirements

Preferred candidates will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 8 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 10 years of experience in digital ASIC/SOC design verification.
