Silicon Design Engineer (ASIC/IP/SOC Design Verification)

Role Summary

The Silicon Design Engineer will be responsible for performing and improving pre-silicon verification quality and product time to market for Southbridge. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge in various aspects of ASIC design verification.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to apply current functional verification techniques.
• Provide technical leadership to the DV team for the new Southbridge project.
• Work independently on various DV tasks and provide technical guidance to the DV team.
• Be involved in the porting and creation of the DV environment for new designs, and handle block and chip level test plan creation and implementation, coverage analysis, and regression cleanup.

Requirements

The candidate must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with specialized and broad technical knowledge.

Education Requirements

A Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with solid experiences in digital ASIC/SOC or IP/SOC design verification is required.
